About this tour

Luxor was Thebes, the capital of ancient Egypt, and two days here let you see both banks of the Nile without rushing.

On the East Bank you walk through Karnak and Luxor Temple. On the West Bank you go down into the royal tombs of the Valley of the Kings, visit the Valley of the Queens and Queen Hatshepsut’s terraced temple, and stop at the Colossi of Memnon. You also float over the city on a hot air balloon ride of 45 minutes to an hour.

A dedicated Egyptologist guides you throughout, in your language. We pick you up in an air-conditioned vehicle, every entrance ticket is paid, and your night is in a 4-star hotel with breakfast. On the second day you can keep the room until your flight if you need it. We also stop at an alabaster workshop and a local market, at no extra charge.
