Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to booking@amwajtour.com. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your cancellation request and your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation charges
The charge is a percentage of the total tour price. For bookings during Christmas, New Year and Easter, the holiday rates apply.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible. A 5% bank processing fee is deducted from refunds, where applicable and disclosed in accordance with the booking terms.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or for unused services after the trip has started, except where required by applicable law or the confirmed booking conditions.
Airline tickets and other third-party services may be subject to additional cancellation or amendment fees under the relevant supplier's terms and conditions.
Force majeure and travel restrictions
If an official government or airline advisory advises against travel to the destination, Amwaj Tour will review the affected bookings and work with you to arrange an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances and supplier conditions, this may be a refund, a new date or a travel credit. Any applicable airline charges and non-refundable third-party costs will be explained to you.
Special bookings
Cancellation conditions may differ for private groups, customized itineraries, hot-air balloon rides, Nile cruises, accommodation and other services with specific supplier requirements. Any different terms are explained to you before your booking is confirmed.
