Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to tours, trips and transfers requested through amwajtour.com and operated by Amwaj Tour, Omr Ebn El Khattab St, Luxor, Egypt. By sending a booking request you accept them.

Booking requests and confirmation

To cancel a booking, send your request in writing by email to booking@amwajtour.com with your booking reference. For changes or help, you can also write to us on the contact page (choose "Follow up on my booking") or on WhatsApp. Cancellation charges and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy; approved refunds are made to the original payment method whenever possible. If we have to cancel because of weather, safety or events beyond our control, we offer another date or a full refund.

Prices

Prices on the website are per person or per vehicle, as shown, in US dollars. The estimated total in the booking panel includes the options you choose; the confirmed price is the one in our confirmation. Prices for children may be confirmed when we reply. Group prices apply automatically where shown.

Payment

Nothing is charged when you send a request. We explain the payment options and any deposit when we confirm your booking.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, write to us with your booking reference (on the contact page choose "Follow up on my booking", or message us on WhatsApp). The cancellation conditions for your tour are given in your confirmation; where conditions allow a refund, it is made to the original payment method. If we have to cancel because of weather, safety or events beyond our control, we offer another date or a full refund.

What is included

Each tour page lists what is and is not included, the pickup details and the meeting point. Entrance tickets, meals and extras are included only where the tour page says so or you add them.

Your responsibilities

• Give correct contact details and pickup information, and be ready at the agreed time.
• Carry valid travel documents and follow the rules of the sites you visit and the instructions of your guide.
• Tell us about health conditions or mobility needs that matter for your trip. Hot-air balloon flights and some activities have age and health requirements.

Our responsibility

We plan and operate your trip with care, using licensed guides and insured vehicles. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, authorities, site closures or other events beyond our control, or for services you book directly with third parties. We recommend travel insurance.

Reviews and photos

If you send us a review or photos, you allow us to show them on our website and channels with your first name and country. You can ask us to remove them at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will always try to solve any problem with you directly first; write to booking@amwajtour.com.
