How we plan your custom Egypt tour

We check and confirm. We check availability with your guide and confirm the details with you on WhatsApp or by email, usually the same day.
You travel with everything ready. You receive your booking reference, the pickup time and the meeting point, and a reminder before your trip.

Every tour can be made private, with a licensed Egyptologist who speaks your language, and most tours include pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise.

What does Amwaj Tour offer?

Private and small-group day tours, Nile cruises, hot-air balloon flights, multi-day trips across Egypt and private transfers. We are a Luxor company, so Upper Egypt is home ground.

How do I book a tour?

Open a tour, choose your date and travelers and send the request. Nothing is charged at that point: we check availability with the guide and confirm on WhatsApp or by email, usually the same day.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes. Once your trip is confirmed you receive your booking reference, the pickup time and the meeting point, and a reminder before you travel.

Can I change the itinerary or make it private?

Yes. Every tour can be made private and your guide plans the day around you. For a trip built from scratch, choose "Plan a custom trip" in the form above.

How do I pay?

We explain the payment options when we confirm your booking. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.

I need to cancel or change my booking.

To cancel, email us in writing at booking@amwajtour.com with your booking reference (it starts with AMW-). For changes, choose "Follow up on my booking" in the form or message us on WhatsApp. Cancellation charges follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Is transport included?

Most tours include pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise in an air-conditioned vehicle. Each tour page says exactly what is included.

Who are the guides?

Licensed local Egyptologists who know the temples and tombs inside out, and who speak your language.

Do you have group prices?

Yes. Group prices appear automatically in the booking panel for larger parties. For big groups or events, write to us and we will quote.
