Full-day tour from Aswan: Edfu, Kom Ombo, Philae, High Dam and Unfinished Obelisk

This day covers five sites from your base in Aswan: two temples to the north and three landmarks around the city.

We start north at the Temple of Horus at Edfu and the temple of Sobek and Horus at Kom Ombo. Back in Aswan you visit the island Temple of Isis at Philae, the High Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk, still lying in the granite quarry where its builders left it.

A guide stays with you all day, shares the history and myths of each place and gives you time to explore at your own pace. We pick you up from your hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan in an air-conditioned vehicle, and admission to every site is included.
